Swisslinx is currently supporting a trusted and prestigious Private Banking client in securing a Reception Manager with team management responsibility. In this role, you will ensure high quality standards are maintained and strive to offer an excellent visitor experience to the bank.

Your mission

– Lead a team of receptionists and coordinate the task within the team

– Handle and support visiting management and clients with meeting coordination/preparation, issues or requests

– Liaise with external vendors, suppliers and caterers

– Support onsite events and projects to improve current processes

Your background

– Minimum of 5 years of reception management and team leading experience

– Experience gained with both Banking/Financial Services and Hospitality would be ideal

– Professional, polished, solution focussed and client orientated approach to work

– Excellent communications skills in German and English, French would be an advantage
